TERMS and CONDITIONS

  • No children under the age of 10.  The house is not suited for young children.  Unless otherwise agreed with management.  There will be a charge for children staying or extra adults.
  • Check-in between 16:30 and 19:00.  If you wish to come earlier or later than the normal check in times, please arrange this with management.
  • Check-out time  is by 10:00 a.m.
  • Prices are on a per room basis, and include breakfast.
  • Credit / Debit card payment of £50 non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking, changes permitted subject to availability and with 3 days notice.
  • Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay.
  • No-shows will be charged for their complete booking.
  • We have a no smoking policy within the house and grounds
  • Sorry no pets.

  • Simultaneous bookings made on-line and over the telephone will be prioritized according to the time at which the deposit is paid.

    Contact details are kept for a short period and then deleted from database.  No credit card details are kept.
