About Mulleys Cottage

Mulleys Cottage is situated within the Westleton Common boundaries on the Suffolk Heritage coastline, surrounded by peaceful rural countryside. Situated on the edge of RSPB Reserve, Minsmere, it is perfectly placed for bird watching, walking and visiting the beautiful coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Dunwich.  Whether you are here to enjoy the music festival at Snape Maltings and Latitude, the castles of Orford and Framlingham, crabbing at Walberswick or a spot of shopping in the local towns of Woodbridge and Southwold, Mulleys Cottage is in the middle of it all.  The large rooms cater for longer stays and provides plenty of privacy, with the use of the garden, all combining to give you a little luxury in a home away from home.

Mulleys Cottage provides an old fashioned experience.  It is a real home from home with little special touches like home made bread.

TARIFF

 Meadowsweet

Large room Super king sized bed or twins with sofa £120.00 per night includes breakfast.  

Price without breakfast £100 per night.  There is a microwave, toaster and undercounter fridge freezer.  Patio table and chairs.  Minimum 2 nights stay

The Cabin

Double bed £110 per night includes breakfast.   Price without breakfast £90.  Small patio table and chairs.  Minimum two nights stay.

Foxgloves,

Self catering.  King sized bed.  £100 per night.

Breakfast included £120 per night

 Minimum 3 nights stay.  

Wild Rose

The only room in the house, but you will need to ring to check for availability.

Double bed, ensuite and luxury bath.  Also small fridge in the room.

£110 a night includes breakfast.

Foxgloves

Foxgloves can be bed and breakfast or self catering your choice.   There is a kitchen, a shower room and a large bedroom/sitting area.  Please note there is no oven.  However, there is a microwave, a hob and slow cooker.  Photographs will follow in due course.

Directions

If you are coming in from the A12 via Yoxford,  when you come into Westleton, there is a garage on the corner , if you turn right and then almost immediate left, that is Mill Street.  Mulleys Cottage is on the left and about 5/6  houses up.

Parking

There is parking on the drive, and also there is a small (free) car park about two minutes walk.   

Electric car charging - not permitted.  

There is a charging station at Darsham about 2 miles away

Wifi

Wifi is available at the cottage.  

Smoking

Mulleys Cottage is a non-smoking residence.

Children

Sorry No Children - the garden is not safe with different levels of garden
